id=\"h-classification-of-aramid\">Clasificaci\u00f3n de la aramida<\/h2>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>Los principales productos de aramida son la meta-aramida y la para-aramida. La fibra de aramida es una fibra sint\u00e9tica fabricada a partir de materias primas arom\u00e1ticas mediante hilado por policondensaci\u00f3n. <\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>Los siguientes son m\u00e9todos de clasificaci\u00f3n comunes de fibra de aramida:<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\r\n<li>Seg\u00fan su estructura, la aramida se puede dividir en para-aramida, meta-aramida y orto-aramida.<\/li>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<li>Seg\u00fan el tipo de mon\u00f3mero polimerizado, la aramida se puede dividir en aramida tipo I, aramida tipo II, aramida tipo III y aramida heteroc\u00edclica. <\/li>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<li>Las variedades m\u00e1s pr\u00e1cticas de aramida son la meta-aramida 1313, que tiene una cadena molecular en zigzag, y la para-aramida 1414, que tiene una cadena molecular lineal.<\/li>\r\n<\/ol>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>\u27a2 La meta-aramida (aramida 1313) se denomina fibra de poliisoftalil-m-fenilendiamina o PMIA. Las principales materias primas son el cloruro de isoftaloilo (IPC) y la m-fenilendiamina (MPD). Tiene una excelente estabilidad t\u00e9rmica, resistencia al fuego, aislamiento el\u00e9ctrico, estabilidad qu\u00edmica y resistencia a la radiaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>\u27a2 La para-aramida (aramida 1414) se denomina fibra de tereftalamida de poliparafenileno.<br>PPTA, abreviado como PPTA, es una de las principales materias primas: cloruro de tereftaloilo (TPC) y p-fenilendiamina (PPD). La para-aramida posee excelentes propiedades, como alta resistencia espec\u00edfica, alto m\u00f3dulo espec\u00edfico, resistencia a altas temperaturas y retardancia a la llama. La para-aramida, la fibra de carbono y el polietileno de alta resistencia y alto m\u00f3dulo son reconocidas como las tres principales fibras de alto rendimiento del mundo.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-aramid-is-a-new-material-that-is-being-developed-internationally\">La aramida es un nuevo material que se est\u00e1 desarrollando a nivel internacional<\/h2>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>La para-aramida, la fibra de carbono y el polietileno de alto m\u00f3dulo y alta resistencia son reconocidas como las tres principales fibras de alto rendimiento del mundo. Presentan excelentes propiedades como alta resistencia espec\u00edfica, alto m\u00f3dulo espec\u00edfico, resistencia a altas temperaturas y retardancia a la llama. Adem\u00e1s, presentan baja conductividad t\u00e9rmica, bajo coeficiente de cambio de temperatura, alta estabilidad dimensional y otras ventajas.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<figure class=\"wp-block-table\"><table><tbody><tr><td><strong>Actuaci\u00f3n<\/strong><\/td><td> <strong>Caracter\u00edsticas<\/strong><\/td><\/tr><tr><td>Alta resistencia <\/td><td>La resistencia a la tracci\u00f3n espec\u00edfica es 5-6 veces mayor que la de la fibra de acero.<\/td><\/tr><tr><td>M\u00f3dulo alto<\/td><td>El m\u00f3dulo espec\u00edfico es el doble del de la fibra de acero.<\/td><\/tr><tr><td>Resistencia a altas temperaturas<\/td><td>Descomposici\u00f3n t\u00e9rmica 550 \u2103, uso a largo plazo a 220 \u2103.<\/td><\/tr><tr><td>Fuerte tenacidad<\/td><td>Suave, no quebradizo, fuerte resistencia al impacto.<\/td><\/tr><tr><td>Retardancia de llama<\/td><td>Autoextinguible, alto \u00edndice aer\u00f3bico.<\/td><\/tr><tr><td>Resistencia qu\u00edmica<\/td><td>Buena resistencia a la corrosi\u00f3n y resistencia al agrietamiento.<\/td><\/tr><\/tbody><\/table><figcaption class=\"wp-element-caption\">La fibra de para-aramida tiene excelentes propiedades f\u00edsicas y qu\u00edmicas.<\/figcaption><\/figure>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>\u27a2 China ha incluido las fibras de para-aramida y las fibras de para-aramida entre los nuevos materiales que nuestro pa\u00eds est\u00e1 desarrollando.
